This package is for the parent who needs the knowledge and guidance from a professional sleep consultant in a sleep plan created specifically for their child but feels confident enough to implement this plan on their own without the support of a sleep consultant.

We will spend 15 understanding what’s your child’s current sleep situation is, what you would like to change and how I can help you achieve them.
Comprehensive Sleep Assessment
We will begin with an initial questionnaire to help me further understand your child’s current sleep habits. This questionnaire will be completed prior to our consultation which will help me write a detailed plan, specifically tailored to your child’s needs and your family’s philosophy.
Your Personalized Sleep Plan
Step by Step instructions that will address your child’s specific struggles to ensure that your child is learning healthy sleep habits so you both can reach your sleep goals.
60 Minute Consultation
This is a private distraction-free phone call where we will discuss the content of your personalized plan and to answer any questions you have about what you need to know.
Follow Up Support
- To help set you up for success, I will provide you with 7 days of unlimited text support through VOXER messaging, where you can ask questions and tweak the schedule if needed. We will share a sleep log to keep track of your child’s sleep patterns and to troubleshoot when necessary. On day 7 we will get on a call to answer any questions you may have while you continue to implement the strategies given in your sleep plan.
