Before working with Steffi, we used to rock our 10 month old baby to sleep every night and for every nap. He used to wake up at least twice at night and naps were very short for his age (around 30 min). Steffi designed a customized plan for our baby and in less than 1 week he was sleeping like a champ, around 11 hours at night without interruptions and daytime sleep improved significantly as well. Steffi is very empathetic and supportive throughout the process, highly recommended.
I can’t recommend Steffi enough!! My baby boy has always struggled to fall asleep independently and no matter how much we tried, he couldn’t sleep through the night. I was not wanting to sleep train because I thought it meant he would need to cry it out. Steffi was so kind and listened to my concerns. She explained how we would work together to support my baby to learn that he was ok sleeping in his crib. She gave us options for how we could work with baby while on our sleep training journey and provided us with a plan that was made to specifically fit our needs. She coached us through the process and gave us so much valuable information that we simply wouldn’t have been able to figure out on our own. With Steffi’s help we now have a well rested baby who sleeps wonderfully- plus well rested parents that can better care for him
My 14-month old was struggling with very early wake-ups (5:15am) for months and I had tried every technique I could get my hands on. Nothing worked and I had nearly given up, telling myself I would just have to accept the fact that my sweet boy was a super early bird…even though my body and mind were struggling to keep up with his schedule (I was permanently exhausted!)
Thankfully Steffi stepped into the picture and knew exactly what needed to change. Within 3 or 4 nights, my son was sleeping until 7am! He’s now consistently waking up between 6:30 and 7am and sometimes I even have to wake him up. Even after he was sick for a few days and we got a bit off schedule, we were confidently able to get right back on track as soon as he felt better. I could never thank Steffi enough for helping me and my family get the rest we all need. I highly recommend working with her if you need help sorting out your baby’s sleep!
